IATTRA · Legal
Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of IATTRA. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these conditions and to our Privacy Policy at https://iattra.com/privacy, which explains how IATTRA accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data.
1. About these Terms
IATTRA is a B2B platform to organise company information, find potential customers, create content, and run commercial communications.
If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that company.
2. Who may use IATTRA
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract, and provide truthful registration information. The platform is for professional and business use, not for children.
Some features may not be available in every country or may depend on plan, configuration, and third-party suppliers.
3. Your account
- Keep your registration details accurate and up to date.
- Protect your credentials and do not share access with unauthorised people.
- Tell us immediately if you suspect improper access or unauthorised use.
- You are responsible for actions taken by people authorised in your workspace.
4. What the platform offers
Subject to plan and available integrations, IATTRA may offer business Discovery, lead search and organisation, landing pages, campaigns, agents, and AI-assisted features.
We may improve, replace, or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces a paid service, we will try to give reasonable notice.
5. Responsible use
You may not use IATTRA to:
- Break laws, third-party rights, or the rules of connected services.
- Commit fraud, phishing, harassment, discrimination, identity fraud, or any deceptive activity.
- Send spam or communications for which you have no lawful basis or authorisation.
- Insert malware, try to gain improper access, bypass limits, or harm the platform.
- Copy, resell, or exploit third-party data contrary to the source terms.
- Use AI-generated results as the only basis for high-impact decisions about people.
6. Customer search and communications
Search results come from criteria you provide and from public business sources. We do not guarantee a number of results, lasting accuracy of listings, commercial interest, or sales conversion.
You are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis, identifying the sender correctly, honouring unsubscribe requests, and following applicable privacy, consumer, and commercial-communications rules.
Use of Google Places is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms (https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/terms) and Google’s rules.
7. Artificial intelligence and integrations
AI features can produce incorrect, incomplete, or outdated content. Review results before you publish, send, or decide based on them.
Integrations such as Google, Stripe, Resend, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and Cloudflare have their own terms and may become unavailable, change, or be limited outside IATTRA’s control.
8. Your content and IATTRA property
You keep the rights in the content and data you submit. You grant IATTRA a limited authorisation to host, process, transmit, and display that content only to operate, protect, and improve the service.
You must have the rights and authorisations needed for everything you send. The platform, the IATTRA brand, the software, and its own elements remain IATTRA’s and its licensors’.
9. Plans, payments, and cancellation
Prices, currency, billing period, applicable taxes, and plan limits are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; IATTRA does not store the full card number.
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Checkout shows the price and billing period before purchase; completing the purchase means you agree to recurring charges. The next charge is processed at the start of each new period.
You may cancel through the billing portal. If you have already used credits or other paid resources, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: the plan stays available within the contracted limits, and there is no further renewal. Cancellation does not erase charges already made or create an automatic refund.
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the first purchase, provided no credit or paid resource has been used. The same period and condition apply to an automatic renewal. We will also review a refund for a duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorised charge; a paid plan that was not activated; or a material IATTRA failure that prevents use and is not fixed in a reasonable time.
Refund requests should be sent to hello@iattra.com and are reviewed case by case. After credits or paid resources are used, or after the 7-day period, amounts are not refundable unless applicable law requires a more favourable condition.
10. Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend, or end access if these Terms are broken, if there is a security risk, abusive use, non-payment, or a legal requirement. Where reasonable, we will give notice first.
You may request account closure at hello@iattra.com. Retention and deletion of data follow the Privacy Policy and applicable legal duties.
11. Availability, warranties, and liability
We work to keep the platform secure and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation, specific commercial results, or a complete absence of errors.
To the extent permitted by law, IATTRA is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or decisions taken solely on public data or AI-generated content. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, IATTRA’s total liability related to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid IATTRA in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim and US$ 100. That limit does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, confidentiality or data-protection breaches where limitation is forbidden, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the product, the law, or the commercial model change. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way.
13. Governing law and disputes
Before starting a dispute, contact hello@iattra.com so we can try to resolve the issue in good faith. Applicable law and competent courts are set by the mandatory rules of each case. Consumer rights and jurisdiction rules that cannot be waived remain in place.
